Using Eskel

Eskel is a personal tracking app. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

• You must be 13 or older.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since that is how you sign in.
• One account is for one person. Do not share credentials.

Your content is yours

Everything you put into Eskel remains yours. We claim no ownership of it. We store and process it only to provide the service to you.

What Eskel is not

Eskel is a record-keeping tool. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, or religious advice. Figures such as loan schedules, interest calculations, and Zakat estimates are provided for your own planning and may be wrong. Verify anything that matters with a qualified professional before acting on it.

Bank transactions imported from email are parsed automatically and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are not a substitute for your bank statement.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access another user's data.
• Do not probe, scan, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Do not use Eskel for anything unlawful.

Availability

We aim to keep Eskel running, but it is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Features may change or be removed. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eskel is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from decisions you make based on data displayed in the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Deletion is permanent. Export your data first if you want to keep a copy.
